(B) PCA comparison of transcriptomes demonstrates that differences across cell types are greater than differences induced by OGM treatment. This difference is also shown through hierarchical clustering in (C). (D) SDE genes from 913, 08-387, and Mayo PDX cells after OGM treatment were 837, 687, and 309, respectively (FDR < 0.01). (E) Comparison of SDE genes found that only 7 common genes were dysregulated in all three treatment groups. (F) String analysis of 7 commonly dysregulated genes.
