The role of E3 ligases and DUBs in the TME. The UPS deeply regulates the immunosuppressive TME, involving a variety of biological processes such as immune escape, angiogenesis, hypoxia, EMT, and degeneration of immune cells and stromal cells. Mechanistically, E3 ligases (shown in red) and DUBs (shown in blue) collectively target core factors, enzymes and transcription factors in these pro-tumorigenic processes
