Alloimmune reaction after combinatory treatment with decitabine (DEC) and donor lymphocyte infusion (DLI). DEC-1.0 enhanced allogeneic immune reaction of DLI, which induced severe graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) as evidenced by a body weight loss, b clinical GVHD score, and c histology in the liver, skin, and intestine while inducing successful graft-versus-tumor effects. The experiment was conducted in 3 times.**P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001 for control vs. DEC-treated group
