The trapped spheroids carried the Kras G12D point mutation. According to the sequencing map of the amplified Kras codon 12 (exon 1), both the A T C and A C C sequences are present at the site of mutation (the T-peak is equal to the C-peak). Therefore, the complementary sequence corresponds to G A T and G G T, which represents the mutated Kras G12D and the wild-type Kras sequences, respectively
