Pim1 regulates c-Kit expression in Molm-16 cells. a Pim kinase inhibitors down-regulated c-Kit expression in Molm-16 cells. Molm-16 cells were treated with DMSO, Pim1/3 inhibitor GNE568 (G568, 3 μM) or pan-Pim inhibitor GNE652 (G652, 1 μM) for 24 h. The cells were then collected for immunoblot. b Pim kinase inhibitors down-regulated c-Kit expression in Molm-16 cells. Molm-16 cells were treated as described in a and then stained with c-Kit antibody followed by FACS analysis.
