Using the C-terminal, anti-OPTC pAb, a 37 kDa band was detected in membrane, nuclear, and ER fractions (lanes A2, A3, B2, C1 and C3). A band of slightly smaller molecular weight (possible degradation/cleavage fragment) was detected in the cytosol fractions (lanes A1 and C2).
